Webinar reactions are allow presenters to get instant feedback from attendees. It's low effort for attendees. And makes the webinar feel alive - and creates that magic live feeling that other people are there watching with you.
Reactions are displayed in the bottom right corner of the video player and fades within seconds.
Turn on/off webinar reactions
Just like any interaction element in Univid - you can easily toggle the reactions on and off.
Simple navigate to left sidebar under "Features" and toggle the switch for "Reactions" to hide or show the reactions.
This will reflect for attendees in real time, but typically you set this up before your webinar (or as part of your template)
Change the design of reactions
The reactions are a pre-defined set, but you can change their design - if you prefer either:
more modern, Apple-style emojis
more classic and discrete emojis
You can change the design of the reactions in the left sidebar, under "Features" and "Reactions". Press the cog-symbol and select the mode you prefer. It will change for the reactions in the chat too (if active).
How to use webinar reactions
Below are 4 useful examples of how you can bring live reactions into your next webinar:
1. Instant feedback: Are you with me?
Example: We are live, please send a reaction down below so we know you can hear us.
2. Agreement: Do you agree?
Example: Here’s a surprising statistic about our industry. If this surprises you too, give a wow reaction!
3. Pacing: Are you ready to move on?
Example: Are you ready to move on to the next topic? Give me a thumbs up if you’re ready, or a heart if you want a quick recap of the last point.
4. Acknowledge: I see you
Example: I see a lot of thumbs up coming in! It’s great to know many of you are facing similar issues. Let’s dive deeper into how we can address these challenges.
