So you have configured the basics. Now it's time to add some design. With a few clicks you will be able to customize the webinar design to make your webinar pop and match your brand.
We will go through how you design your webinar to look like this 👇
Note: These design changes will apply on your registration page, reminder emails, and the live webinar layout. Automagically!
Add your logo
You can add your logo up in the left corner.
This will reflect in the live webinar and on the registration page. It will also follow to the footer of reminder emails, and follow-up emails.
Add your background image
Let's update the background of your webinar. This will allow you to get a custom feel to your webinar experience and match it to your brand.
Note: the background also follows to your registration page, and to the header of the reminder emails.
Add your splash image
The splash image is visible before you go live behind the countdown. It's also visible after you end the webinar.
Ps. You can replace the image if you want different images before and after the live part of the webinar.
Add your colors 🎨
So you can customize the colors of the webinar interface. You have both the header color and button color to play around with.
Either choose in the color picker, or you can input your own hex color from your brand book.
Header color
Change the color of the top header in the webinar.
Text and buttons color
As the name entails this is the color of text and buttons in the webinar. Things like the color your CTA button and text accents in the chat.

Corners
Change the corners of your webinar to match your brand. If your prefer:
A harder more formal look -> go with the "sharp" corner alternative.
A softer more friendly look -> go with the default "rounded" corner alternative.
Let's preview the attendee experience
In many other webinar platforms it's difficult for you as a host to preview what the attendee will experience. This makes it difficult to design the webinar accurately.
In Univid, simply click the "view as participant" button in the header. And you will see what the webinar looks for the attendee before you go live.
If you go live, launch a poll, or CTA button, you can see that it pops up for the attendee as well.
Bonus: Save your design as a template
You can save your favourite webinar designs (and settings) in webinar templates.
Navigate to the webinar you like to create a template from. Click the "... Other" at the bottom of the sidebar menu > "Use webinar as template".
Then you can find and select the template under "Templates" in your workspace.
