Here is how to manage your webinar workspaces. Collaborate, overview, and structure your webinars.

What is a webinar workspace?

A workspace is a way to collaborate with your webinars in your organization, get an overview, and structure your webinar activities.

The workspace can be tied to a specific brand, or a department. For example, having:

  • XYZ Marketing: team members, templates, integrations, and webinars related to the marketing of organization XYZ.

  • XYZ Customer Success: team members, templates, integrations, and webinars related to the CS activities of organization XYZ.

Note: Your subscription is generally tied to 1 workspace. Let us know in the support chat if you want to add multiple, and we will help you out! ⭐️

Adding a webinar workspace

You can add a new webinar workspace with the click of a button. Simply navigate to your current workspace -> click the arrow button in the header.

Renaming a webinar workspace

You might want to rename your existing webinar workspace, to keep your templates, members, etc. while only updating the name.

You can easily to that under the Settings tab in your workspace.

Setting a new default workspace

To update your default webinar workspace. Simply click the header -> and "Set as default" on the desired workspace.

Deleting a webinar workspace

Maybe you need to delete a webinar workspace. Then you can find the delete option under the Settings tab -> three dots the corner of the General Information section.

Note: If you delete your workspace you will loose your templates as well as other data. So make sure you know what you are doing.

Note: You can not delete a webinar workspace with more than 1 member. If you want to delete it, first delete the members on the workspace.
