What is a Webinar Space?
A Webinar Space is a collection of webinars that you can share publicly with your attendees. It can both be a way to share previous recordings, as well as upcoming webinars.
How to activate Webinar Spaces functionality?
To access Webinar Spaces - reach out in the support chat, and we will help you active the Spaces functionality. It will then show up in the left sidebar in your organization as a "Spaces" tab.
How to create a Webinar Space?
Once you have activated Webinar Spaces you can create new ones yourself. Navigate to the "Spaces" tab, input a title and create your new Space!
How to add webinars to your Space?
To add a webinar to your Space. Simply:
Navigate to your regular workspace.
Click the three dots on the webinar you want to add
Press the "Add to space" button
Select the Space you want to add the webinar to, using the drop down
Confirm by pressing "Add webinar".
Voilá! Now your webinar should be added to your Space.
How to remove webinars from your Space?
To remove webinars, go to your main overview and press "remove from Space" on the webinar you want to remove, and select the Space you want to remove it from from the dropdown.
