If you are interested in finding out data on your registrants, you can find it under "Access and registrations". The registrant data is available either before or after your webinar.

To access the full details and registrant data, download the Excel file under the "Upload/download" tab. This contains data like:

  • Time and date of registration

  • First name, last name, and email of registrant

  • Any additional form fields of registrant

  • UTM tag - find out the origin of the registrant (if you used Univid registration page)

Also, when you have hosted your webinar: You will also get the webinar engagement data, as well as attended status, attended-on-demand, watch time, polls answers, Q&A, etc. Read more about that here: Attendee insights on individual level.

Getting personal links

Typically, personal links will be sent out automatically for you - either via the Univid reminders, or if you use any of the webinar integrations. Ie. nothing you have to send out individually.

See below for the case when you still might want to get an individual link.

A registrant did not get their link - how can I send it myself?

If you need to send the personal link to an individual registrant that for example did not get the email, or can't find it. Follow the three steps below:

  1. Navigate to "Access and registrations" to find the list of registrants

  2. Find the specific registrant, and click "copy personal link"

  3. Send the link through your own preferred channel to the customer

Note: the link is personal, meaning any person receiving the link will be able to interact as the person the link belongs to - so double check you don't send it to multiple registrants!

If you need to send a generic link to multiple registrants - consider using the registration page link if you have that active in Univid, or go through the integration of your choice.

Want to get notified when new webinar registrants sign up?

This is possible through webhooks, but you need the Univid Webinar API - available on the Custom plan (or upon request in the support chat). The webhooks additionally support triggering events like "attended", and "attended on-demand".
